December Holiday Open Houses
The dates for the 2024 Holiday Open Houses will be posted in November. The full schedule will be posted, along with the beginning date of online registration. Tickets are free, but limited due to parking constraints. All guests must register in advance.
Guests must register in advance online. Open Houses are offered in one-hour intervals starting at 11 am, 12 noon, and 1 pm on the following dates:
- Wednesday, December 4th
- Thursday, December 5th
- Friday, December 6th
- Saturday, December 7th
- Wednesday, December 11th
PARKING: Complimentary parking is offered on-site, but it is limited. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Small transit buses used by community and senior centers may park on-site. Large coaches or school buses are not permitted.
The Open Houses are free to the public. Guests view six first-floor public rooms festively decorated by the Garden Clubs of New Jersey, enjoy holiday piano music in the Music Room, and a sweet treat freshly prepared by Greta’s House, Princeton. The format for all Open Houses is self-guided, but Docents are available in every room to answer questions. Interior photography is only permitted in the library before the magnificent stone fireplace. Guests may tour the grounds, weather permitting, and visit the Olden House gift shop on the property.
